Ratilal Shah and Shantilal Shah started their firm, Shah Brothers, in 1957 with an aim to establish themselves in Mumbai. Since its inception, Shah Brothers became a trade partner of Timken Bearings along with other available leading imported brands.

Pinakin Shah is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Law Degree from Mumbai. One of the promoters of Shah Brothers, a company engaged in the business of bearings. He is technically trained at Timken Research Centre for bearing application and maintenance.
